

Built to cruise the Galapagos in Guayaquil in 2006-2007, the Galaxy is a beautiful and comfortable steel hulled yacht. With cabins on three decks all have windows, private baths with hot and cold water, and climate control. The main deck has a large lounge with TV and DVD, bar, and dining room the whole area features large picture windows making it a very airy and comfortable place to spend your time. On top of the Galaxy is a sun deck with large lounger chairs lounge chairs for relaxing in the open air.
Hosting 16 passengers per week in eight large cabins there are 4 cabins are twin and 4 cabins convert to either twin or double. 6 cabins on the main deck averaging 148 square feet, two on the top deck averaging 162 square feet and the owner's cabin which can comfortably sleep 3 with it's matrimonial style bed plus an additional single measuring 172 square feet. All of the cabins are light and bright with large picture windows, hardwood floors, private facilities with hot and cold water as well as plenty of closet space and a sitting area.
The Galaxy itinerary features the Southern, Central and Eastern islands one of the best itineraries in Galapagos for bird lovers featuring nesting sites of Frigatebirds, albatross, storm petrels, as well as all three types of boobies.
