
Built to cruise the Galapagos in Guayaquil in 2006-2007, the Galaxy is a beautiful and comfortable steel hulled yacht. With cabins on three decks all have windows, private baths with hot and cold water, and climate control. The main deck has a large lounge with TV and DVD, bar, and dining room the whole area features large picture windows making it a very airy and comfortable place to spend your time. On top of the Galaxy is a sun deck with large lounger chairs lounge chairs for relaxing in the open air.
The Galaxy hosts 16 passengers per week in 9 cabins. There are three cabins on the upper deck, three on the main deck plus three on the lower deck. All of the cabins are light and bright with picture windows or portholes, hardwood floors, private facilities with hot and cold water as well as plenty of closet space and a sitting area.
The Galaxy itinerary features the Southern, Central and Eastern islands one of the best itineraries in Galapagos for bird lovers featuring nesting sites of frigatebirds, albatross, storm petrels, as well as all three types of boobies.
