All prices other than charter rates quoted are per person based on double occupancy

Cruise pricing includes:
accommodations on board based on double occupancy, all meals and snacks, expert guiding from a licensed bi-lingual naturalist guide, transportation between islands, all shore excursions and tours, round-trip transfers between the Galapagos airport and the Alta, non-alcoholic beverages, use of kayaks and snorkel equipment, wetsuit rental

Special 2009 promotion - all new bookings except Christmas and New Years receive their Galapagos Airfare, Transit Control Card, Fuel Surcharge and Galapagos Park Fee included in their cruise price.

Cruise pricing does not include:
Ecuador Departure Tax, Bar Consumption On Board, Items of a Personal Nature

Additional Charges or Discounts: the single supplement is a 75% surcharge if the passenger is not willing to share cabin, children under 11 years of age or younger receive a 15% Discount.  Special Summer promotional children's discount offers 50% off on Family Departures for June, July and August (not applicable for departures on or between Christmas, New Years and Easter). Christmas and New Years  week departures have a $400 surcharge per person. **Supplement prices may change without notice

Cruise pricing does not include:
Ecuador departure tax, bar consumption, items of a personal nature, internal airfare, Galapagos Park fee, Galapagos transit control card

Deposit Policy

For individual bookings a 20% deposit is required at the time of the reservation
final payment is due 90 days prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

For individual booking reservations cancelled
91 days or more prior to departure all deposits are non-refundable
90 days or less prior to arrival have a 100% cancellation penalty
